ILLiad

ILLiad is the software used to receive, track, and manage patron borrowing requests including physical delivery of items from libraries worldwide, scanned book chapters, and scanned articles from YUL’s collection. ILLiad also manages requests received via OCLC for libraries to borrow YUL materials.

Timeline

YUL has been using ILLiad for managing requests since 2004. In January 2014 the webpages/request forms were revised to reflect new services, new YUL branding, and improve the capture of citation information for processing requests.
