As Research Archivist for Oral History of American Music, Anne Rhodes provides researchers with access to the collection's recordings and transcripts of in-depth interviews with hundreds of prominent American composers and musicians. Her active career as a classically-trained vocalist specializing contemporary music supports her subject knowledge. In addition to an MLIS from University of Illinois, Rhodes holds a B.Mus. in Voice Performance from Boston University and an MA in Experimental Music Performance from Wesleyan University, where she wrote her graduate thesis on collaborating with composers.
