
Mathematics Library
The Mathematics Library acquires books, conference proceedings, and journals in the area of pure mathematics, mostly at the graduate and research levels. Books are organized by a local classification scheme into the following subject groups: algebra, algebraic geometry, complex variables, conferences, differential equations, differential geometry, Yale dissertations, elementary, festschriften, geometry, history, lives and works, group theory, logic, number theory, physics and applied mathematics, probability, problems, reference, and topology. Journals are shelved in alphabetical order by title.

The Mathematics Library is not fully accessible. Staff can retrieve items for patrons from areas that cannot accommodate wheelchairs. An elevator is available in 10 Hillhouse Avenue with access from the fourth floor.

A valid Yale ID with activated swipe access is required for entry.
Directions
The Mathematics Library is located in Leet Oliver Memorial Hall. If traveling by car, please note that Hillhouse Avenue is one-way going north. Metered street parking is available.
