LSF Exception Reports

Exception Reports/Error Logs are generated from Orbis programs and from the GFA locator software. Monday through Saturday each week, programs created by Library IT run to update Voyager records representing items that have been either accessioned or re-shelved (refiled) at the LSF. The documentation provided on the LCS website details the various types of exceptions/errors logged on each report, describes the problems that most likely cause various errors to be logged, and outlines methods of resolving those errors.  In addition, staff may also find suggestions here for implementing measures to prevent such errors from occurring.
