Depositing Student Publications

Undergraduate student publications form an important part of the Archives as they document the thought and activities of Yale undergraduates. These publications are used frequently by Yale and non-Yale researchers alike, and the current and back issues held by Manuscripts and Archives are often the only copies available to the research community. It is, therefore, critical that student organizations ensure that copies of their publications are regularly placed in the University Archives.  After the publications are received, archivists catalog them in Orbis, Yale's online public access catalog, to ensure their visibility to the research community.

Copies of publications can be delivered to:

Manuscripts and Archives, 150 Sterling Memorial Library, 128 Wall Street.
