Getting Started

1. Recommended web browser is Firefox.
2. Create an account at https://sinopia.io.
3. Log into Outlook Web to confirm your e-mail when creating a Sinopia account.
4. Create a Slack account (if you haven't already) at https://yaleld4p.slack.com to ask questions and get the latest updates.

Yale Sinopia Templates

Instructions

1. Open the monograph templates one at a time.
2. Fill out the forms in the order that you prefer (e.g., start from the Manifestation, or work your way from RDA Work to Expression to Manifestation to Item).
3. Add your netID to the admin metadata section at the end of each form.
4. Save your work.

Note: To take advantage of Sinopia's internal tabbed display (instead of opening each form in a new browser tab), you will need to search for each template ID (listed above) and open the corresponding template from the Sinopia templates page.

After you do this once manually, the templates should appear grouped under "Most recently used resource templates" at the top of the templates page--until you refresh your browser window, after which they will disappear.
