Computers and Docking Stations
The Arts Library computer stations are for research use and are located in the following areas:
- Three computer stations on the main level
- One computer station on the lower level
- Two docking stations with large monitors for laptops on the main level
All computer stations require login with a Yale NetID and password with the exception of the two standing computers located near the service desk used for quick searching in the catalog and library website. See the floor map for the location to all stations.
Researchers not affiliated with Yale are encouraged to bring a personal device or laptop. Affiliates and visitors with borrowing privileges or stacks access can use the public terminals in Sterling Memorial Library only. Check the list of software for Sterling Library computers.
Computers are administered by Yale ITS and include standard academic computing software, Adobe Professional, and Adobe LiveCycle. The two stations attached to large Epson flatbed scanners located in the Copy and Scan room on the main level include Adobe Creative Suite. Additional information can be found on Yale ITS Public Computers.
