SUMMARY: DELETE FROM NON-YALE CATALOG/VENDOR IMPORT RECORDS (OCLC) | ||||||
Generally applies to cataloging copy exported from OCLC. Should be used with caution when updating previously cataloged records in Orbis. Check with supervisor if it is unclear whether a local field, a 6xx with indicator 1, 3-9, or a 69x was added by Yale cataloging, especially if the item is held by a special collection; when in doubt, retain. | ||||||
