Sandra Aya Enimil is the Program Director for Scholarly Communication and Information Policy at Yale University Library. She serves as the library’s primary contracting specialist working and chairs the library’s License Review Team to manage and maintain a consistent contract review process. Sandra is a key resource for library-related copyright questions; creates and maintains library informational materials regarding the appropriate use of copyrighted resources consistent with the university’s policies and practices. Prior to this role, she was the Copyright Librarian and Contracting Specialist at the library. She has had previous roles at the Ohio State University Libraries and the Chicago Defender Newspaper.

Sandra earned her Law and Masters of Library and Information Science degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Ghana.
