YUL currently maintains an point of sale system for fulfilling MSSA Aeon requests.
Description 

The MSSA Online Payment System allow YUL departments to charge users for reproductions requested through Aeon.  Currently, there are no plans to expand the Online Payment System beyond MSSA's.

Access to the Manuscripts and Archives Online Payment System is handled through YUL Manuscripts and Archives.  Please contact mssa.systems@yale.edu

How do I access it? 

Once you have been authorized by Manuscripts and Archives, you can access the MSSA Online Payment System at  https://web.library.yale.edu/admin/commerce/products/add/special-collections-invoice

Does your service offering require a user to have specific system configurations? 

The MSSA Online Payment System is entirely web-based.  Your computer must have a recent web browser and a connection to the Internet.

Is there a specific area that your user can go to for help? 

Assistance regarding the use of the MSSA Online Payment System is provided by Manuscripts and Archives.  For more information, contact Steve Ross.

Do you have specific Documentation and Support outside of the Knowledge Base?  

Documentation for the MSSA Online Payment System is available through Manuscripts and Archives.  The documentation is not posted online.

  • Accessing the MSSA Online Payment System requires authorization from Manuscripts and Archives.
  • Accessing the MSSA Online Payment System requires a valid NetID.
