AskYale is a multi-channel communications platform that allows YUL staff to answer users' questions via real-time web-based chat, SMS, e-mail, Twitter, or Facebook. AskYale also functions as a self-service FAQ portal.
Research guides allow YUL staff to quickly and easily create web-based guides to assist Yale students and researchers discover and use library resources and services.
schedule.yale.edu is an application that enables users to book library spaces online via computer or mobile phone. It allows YUL staff to set up and configure rooms. It provides a platform for YUL librarians to create schedules for their office hours and book appointments and it manages the YUL location hours.
