Yale Library Exhibitions
Located in the lower level of the Haas Family Arts Library, the William H. Wright Special Collections Exhibition Area features three exhibitions per year that highlight materials from Arts Library Special Collections. Topics cover art, architecture, drama and the book arts.
The Beinecke Rare Book & Manuscript Library is Yale University's principal repository for literary papers and for early manuscripts and rare books in the fields of literature, theology, history, and the natural sciences. Exhibitions are on view throughout the year.
Displays at the Divinity Library feature manuscripts, photographs, artifacts, and books from the Library's Special Collections, often with an emphasis on missions history and world Christianity.
Manuscripts and Archives Exhibitions
Located in Sterling Memorial Library near the Wall Street entrance, Manuscripts and Archives mounts exhibits in the Library's Memorabilia Room. Unique materials from their collections of personal papers and organizational records, as well as Yale's archival records, are featured.
Cushing/Whitney Medical Library Exhibitions
The Medical Library presents historical exhibitions in the rotunda based primarily on the rare book, prints, and photograph collections of the Medical Historical Library. Art in the Hallway features works of art and photography, often by members of the Yale Medical Center Community.
Lewis Walpole Library Exhibitions
The Lewis Walpole Library is a research library for eighteenth-century studies and the prime source for the study of Horace Walpole and Strawberry Hill. It draws from its collection of prints, drawings and paintings to mount several rotating exhibitions in Farmington each year. The Library has also exhibited materials in New Haven over the years.
Marx Science and Social Science Library Exhibits
Marx Science and Social Science Library features digital exhibits that highlight the outstanding research and achievements of Yale University's Science and Social Science faculty, students, and staff.
Sterling Memorial Library Exhibitions
Exhibitions at Sterling Memorial Library feature materials from collections across the library system. Many also highlight the Library's rich Area Studies and International collections.
